Step-by-Step Installation

1. This is a blind installation WC — ensure your wall-hung frame/carrier system and concealed cistern are installed and pressure-tested before wall finishing
2. Confirm the inlet hole (internal Ø55mm) and outlet hole (external Ø100mm) align correctly with your concealed plumbing and waste connections
3. Mount the WC onto the wall-hung frame using the included fixing kit (ZPS-WHT-FB13) and rack bolts (ZPS-SNS-RB07N, sold separately) — use rubber/nylon spacers between ceramic and metal fixtures to avoid over-tightening damage
4. Fit the inlet/outlet gasket (ZPS-WHT-GK01) to seal connections and prevent leakage
5. Attach the UF soft close slim seat cover and hinges, then test the dual flush (6/3 LPF) mechanism before regular use

• Vitreous china sanitary ware products are fragile in nature and need to be handled with care (to avoid personal injury) at all times during storage, handling, installation, and use
• The product is heavy — it is recommended that two persons hold it while it is being fixed
• Carefully inspect the new product for damage before installation; it is recommended to inspect the sanitaryware with a wooden hammer
• Risk of product damage: over-tightening may cause breakage or chipping of vitreous china — use hard rubber & nylon spacers between ceramic and metal fixtures
• Risk of external leakage: do not lift or rock the bowl after placement
• Always test your cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area before applying it to the entire surface
• Do not allow cleaners to sit or soak on the product; wipe surfaces clean and rinse completely with water immediately after applying cleaners
• Use a soft, dampened sponge or cloth to clean — never use abrasive material like a bristle brush or scouring pad
• Clean chrome or stainless steel surfaces once a week; do not use cleaners containing chloride on chrome or stainless steel, and rinse immediately if used to prevent corrosion
• Wherever chrome plating is used, clean only with warm water and dry with a soft cloth
