Order Processing and Confirmation:

HomeRun priorities fast delivery! We confirm and dispatch orders within 20 minutes of your order confirmation.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM will be delivered within 60, 90 or 120 minutes to serviceable pincodes in Bangalore.
  • Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered on the next business day.
  • We offer delivery to all serviceable pincodes in Bangalore. You can check your serviceability and delivery time during checkout or on our homepage.

Delivery Charges

    We offer a simple, tiered shipping structure for your convenience. The fee is determined by your total order value as follows:

    • Orders up to ₹5,000: A flat fee of ₹199
    • Orders between ₹5,001 and ₹10,000: A flat fee of ₹99
    • Orders over ₹10,000: Complimentary Free Shipping

    Delivery Schedule

    • Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM on all days.

    Tracking Your Order

    • If you’re using the HomeRun application, you will be able to track your order in real-time through the app itself.
    • If you’re ordering via website, you will receive a live tracking link via WhatsApp message, allowing you to track your order in real-time.

    Returns and Exchanges

    Undeliverable Packages

    • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.
    • We will attempt to contact you for address verification before re-attempting delivery.
