Ozone Glass Patch Fitting OPF-4 is the wall-mounted over-panel patch with pivot — used where the fixed over-panel meets a wall rather than another glass panel.
The difference from the OPF-1 is what it fixes to. An OPF-1 connects glass to glass; the OPF-4 anchors into the wall while still carrying the door’s pivot. That covers the common situation where a glass entrance runs up against masonry or a structural column on one side.
Getting this right matters structurally. The pivot point takes the door’s swinging load thousands of times over its life, so the fixing into the wall has to be sound — this is not a fitting to mount into plasterboard without proper backing.

- Cutouts must be made before toughening. Toughened glass cannot be drilled or notched afterwards — it will shatter. Patch fittings require cutouts, so the glass must be ordered to suit

- Patch fittings are a matched set. Keep the series and finish consistent across top patch, bottom patch, lock and floor spring
