3) How is F4030301 different from F4030101?

They divide the same system differently. With F4030301, the cartridge sleeve comes with the exposed part. With F4030101, the sleeve is inside the concealed part. They are not interchangeable — match the pair your faucet range specifies.

4) What does "high flow" mean here?

The 45 mm cartridge passes more water than a standard diverter. That matters when your outlets include a large rain shower or body jets, which need real volume to work properly.

5) Can the cartridge be replaced after the wall is tiled?

Yes — that's the point of the two-part design. The exposed part removes to give access to the cartridge inside the wall, so servicing doesn't mean breaking tiles.
