CERA Actuator Knob, Q Type, Shine Finish (B1120104) is the dual-flush control for a CERA Chevron concealed cistern, in the Q profile. Where a concealed installation hides the cistern, frame and all the pipework behind tile, this knob is the single visible element of the flushing system.

H, M and Q types are all offered in the same shine finish.

The three are functionally identical: dual-flush actuation letting the user select full or reduced flush, mounted flush to the tile face. The plate removes to give service access to the flush valve and inlet, so the concealed cistern can be maintained without breaking into the wall.

1) Will this fit my cistern?

It fits CERA Chevron concealed cisterns only — it is not a universal flush plate and won't fit other CERA ranges or other brands. Confirm your cistern model before ordering a replacement.

2) Why do I have to buy the knob separately?

CERA supplies Chevron cistern sets without a knob so buyers can choose the visible style themselves. It does mean the knob is a required additional purchase — the cistern cannot be flushed without one.

3) What's the difference between Q, H and M type?

The shape of the visible knob, nothing else. Finish, mechanism, and fit are identical across all three. Compare the product images and choose on appearance.

4) Can I change the knob later without redoing the bathroom?

Yes. The knob is the one part of a concealed system that remains removable after tiling, so you can swap to a different type later — provided the replacement is also for a Chevron cistern.

5) How do I clean and maintain it?

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners and scouring pads, which dull a shine finish permanently. The plate also lifts off for access if the cistern ever needs servicing.
