1) Does this include the flush knob?

No. This set is supplied without an actuator knob — you choose the knob separately in H, M or Q type, shine finish. The cistern cannot be flushed without one, so please add a knob to your order.

2) What's the difference between the full frame and half frame versions?

A full frame is self-supporting — fixed to floor and wall, it carries the weight of the pan and user itself. A half frame (Cat. No. B1110112) relies on a solid wall behind it to take that load. Choose full frame for stud partitions and drywall; half frame only where there's solid brick or concrete behind.

3) What else do I need to complete the installation?

Three things in total: a wall hung EWC (the pan, such as the CERA Carlton or Carnival Rimless), this cistern set with frame, and an actuator knob. All three must be decided before first-fix plumbing, because the frame and cistern are tiled into the wall.

4) Are the discharge pipes included?

Yes — this full-frame set includes both the 'S' bend 110 mm and the 'P' straight 90 mm discharge pipes, plus an adapter sleeve and protection cap, so your plumber can connect to either outlet arrangement.

5) Can this be retrofitted into an existing tiled bathroom?

Not without opening the wall. The cistern and frame sit inside the wall and are tiled over, so fitting one into a finished bathroom means removing tiles and rebuilding the wall. Plan it at renovation stage.
