Ozone Door Closer is an overhead rack-and-pinion closer that returns a door to the closed position under controlled hydraulic pressure, in two capacities — up to 40 kg and up to 60 kg.

A door closer does more than tidiness. Fire doors only work if they are actually shut, air-conditioned rooms lose their cooling through a propped door, and an entrance left ajar is a security gap. A closer makes the correct state the automatic one, without anyone having to remember.

Rack and pinion is the mechanism that matters here. A toothed rack driven by a pinion gear gives consistent, controlled force through the whole closing arc, which is why it remains the standard for commercial doors. Closing speed is adjustable by valve, so the door can be set to sweep quickly through most of its travel and then slow just before it latches — fast enough to be practical, gentle enough not to slam on fingers.
