A complete, ready-to-run power backup set: the Luminous Eco Volt Neo 1050 pure sine wave inverter, a Red Charge RC 18000ST 150 Ah short tubular battery, and the TX100L trolley to stand them on.
The reason to buy these together is that the inverter and battery are correctly matched. The Neo 1050 charges at up to 17 amperes, and standard practice is to charge a tubular battery at roughly 10 to 13 percent of its Ah rating — 17 A into 150 Ah lands squarely in that band. Get this wrong and the battery suffers either way: too little current and it never fully charges, which shortens its life; too much and it gasses and loses water.
At 900 VA / 756 W this is the larger of the two Eco Volt Neo sets, suited to a 2 BHK flat or a home office — three or four fans, four or five lights, a TV and a desktop or laptop setup, with headroom for a mixer on top.
Pure sine wave output delivers the same clean waveform as the grid, so laptops, LED TVs, routers and modern appliances run without the hum, heat and gradual stress a square or modified wave causes.
The trolley is the piece people skip and then wish they had. It lifts a heavy 150 Ah battery clear of the floor — away from water, dust and mopping — keeps the inverter at a sensible height, and lets you move the whole set to clean behind it without disconnecting anything.
Before You Order
- “1050” is a model name, not a rating. This inverter delivers 900 VA / 756 W. Size your load from those figures
- Stay within 756 W. It will run fans, lights, a TV, a router and a computer comfortably. It will not run a geyser, air conditioner, iron or immersion rod
- Single 12 V battery only. Do not connect two batteries in series — it damages the inverter and voids the warranty. For longer backup, use one battery with a higher Ah rating
- Allow 15 cm clearance around the inverter for the cooling fan
- Have it installed by an electrician. A 150 Ah battery is heavy and its terminals carry very high current, where a loose connection arcs
What's in the Combo
| Item | Key specification |
|---|---|
| Eco Volt Neo 1050 Inverter | 900 VA / 756 W · pure sine wave · 12 V single battery · max charging 17 A · 36 month warranty |
| Red Charge RC 18000ST Battery | 150 Ah short tubular · 12 V |
| TX100L Trolley | Grey · holds battery |
Buying the three together costs less than ordering them separately, and removes the risk of pairing an inverter and battery that do not suit each other.

1) Does “1050” mean 1050 VA?
No. 1050 is a model name. This inverter delivers 900 VA with a 756 W maximum load. Size your backup from those figures, not from the model number.
2) How long will it run on a power cut?
A 150 Ah battery gives roughly 4 to 5 hours at a typical 250–300 W load — fans, lights, a TV, a router and a computer. Run more and it is less; run only fans and lights and it is considerably more. Treat it as an estimate, since backup depends entirely on what you switch on.
3) Why buy the three together?
Because the inverter and battery are correctly matched. The 17 A charging current suits a 150 Ah battery — a mismatch either undercharges the battery and shortens its life, or overcharges it and causes water loss. The trolley keeps both off the floor, away from water and dust.
