Kitchen Accessories Set brings together the five Futura fittings a kitchen sink installation actually needs — the inlet connections, the waste coupling, the waste pipe, and the floor grating — in a single purchase at a substantial saving over buying them separately.

The reason this set exists is a familiar one on site. A sink goes in, the plumber is standing there, and the job stops because the waste coupling is the wrong size or nobody ordered a grating. Each of these five parts is individually cheap and individually essential, and it is almost always the smallest one that holds up the whole installation. Ordering them as a set means one order, one delivery, and nothing missing on the day.

Two versions are offered, and they differ in exactly one component: the floor grating. The With Frame Grating Locking version includes the NW-010A grating with a locking system that holds it in its frame, so it will not lift underfoot or be displaced during floor cleaning. The Without Frame Grating Locking version includes the standard NW-010 grating. Everything else in the two sets is identical.

The other four components are identical in both versions. If the two are offered at the same price, the locking version is the better buy — the mechanism holds the grating in its frame so it doesn't lift underfoot or get displaced during floor washing, and it still lifts out for cleaning when you release it.

How the Set Goes Together

The set covers the sink fittings themselves. You will separately need an angle valve at the wall if one isn't already installed, and of course the sink and tap.

2) Is this everything I need to install a kitchen sink?

It covers the fittings — inlet connection, waste coupling, waste pipe, and floor grating. You will separately need the sink and tap themselves, and an angle valve at the wall if your kitchen doesn't already have one. If you're unsure what's already in place, send us a photo of the existing plumbing and we'll confirm.

3) Why does the set include two different inlet pipes?

The set contains a stainless braided hose and a PTMT connection pipe, giving your plumber two inlet connection options. The braided hose is the more robust choice for pressurised lines and resists kinking and bursting; the PTMT pipe is a lighter hand-tightened alternative. Your plumber will use whichever suits the connection points in your kitchen.

4) Will the waste coupling fit my sink?

The coupling is a 3.5" face with a 1 x 1¼" thread, which suits standard Indian kitchen sink outlet cutouts. Measure your sink's drain hole before ordering — if your sink was made for a larger or non-standard outlet, the coupling won't seat correctly.
