The Futura FS 3618 NQ Black combines Italian-inspired aesthetics with heavy-duty functionality. Engineered from a high-tech composite of 80% natural quartz minerals, this sink is a "full-size" solution specifically built for the rigors of Indian cooking. It offers unmatched resistance to stubborn turmeric (haldi) stains and can safely handle high-heat pressure cookers and heavy kadhais.

The expansive 36-inch profile includes a spacious 9-inch deep bowl and a built-in sloped drainboard, allowing you to wash and dry dishes in one organized area. Its stone-like surface is naturally sound-absorbent, significantly muffling the noise of running water and clattering dishes for a quieter kitchen environment.

Recommended Applications

• Primary Kitchen Zones: The ideal choice for the main washing area in modern homes.
• High-Usage Families: Excellent for large households that use heavy spices or large, hot cookware.
• Minimalist Countertops: The integrated drainboard keeps the rest of your countertop dry and clutter-free.
• Luxury Renovations: A bold, high-impact upgrade for those moving from traditional steel to a stone-look finish.

Installation Guidelines

1) What are the benefits of the integrated Drainboard?

The drainboard is sloped toward the bowl, allowing water from wet utensils to flow directly into the drain. This prevents water from pooling on your countertop and helps prevent limescale buildup on your stone surfaces.

2) Will this Black sink stain if I use turmeric (haldi) or oil?

No. The Natural Quartz series is non-porous and specifically engineered to be stain-resistant. The Black finish is particularly effective at hiding residues, making it very easy to maintain in Indian kitchens.

3) What is the "80% Quartz" composition?

It means the sink is mostly made of crushed natural stone bonded with high-performance acrylic resins. This creates a surface harder than granite that can withstand thermal shock from boiling water or hot pans.

4) How do I maintain the "Deep Black" look and prevent white water marks?

Since black surfaces can show white limescale (salt) from hard water, we recommend a "wipe-dry" routine. After use, quickly dry the sink with a soft microfiber cloth to keep the matte black finish looking rich and brand new.

5) Can I install the drainboard on either the left or right side?

Yes, this sink is designed to be reversible, allowing you to position the drainboard on the side that best fits your kitchen layout during installation.
