TASKI R5 is the air freshener and room deodoriser in the TASKI range, supplied ready-to-use at facility scale in 5 litres. There are two kinds of product sold as air freshener, and the difference matters. A perfume-only spray adds a scent on top of a smell, so for a while you have both — which in a washroom is usually worse than the original. A deodoriser acts on the odour itself, so what remains is the fragrance rather than a combination.

R5 is water-based and non-aerosol, with no ozone-depleting propellants — a fine mist trigger spray delivers it rather than a compressed can. The fine spray is what makes it last: a coarse spray deposits droplets on surfaces and is gone in twenty minutes, while a fine mist stays suspended and disperses through the room, which is why it is still noticeable an hour later. It is a ready-to-use product and should never be diluted with water; doing so unbalances the fragrance suspension and shortens how long it stays airborne.

Sequence matters as much as the spray itself: R5 should be applied as the absolute final step in a room turnaround, after all sweeping, glass wiping, and floor mopping are finished. Spraying it earlier means the damp, competing smells from cleaning simply cancel it out.
