Greenply Club Flexiply is a Boiling Water Proof (BWP) marine-grade flexible plywood that bends to form smooth curves. It is made for skinning curved frames such as round columns, wavy reception counters, rounded wardrobe and kitchen ends, and arches.
Its BWP marine bond won't break down with moisture, so curved work can go into indoor wet areas like kitchens and bathrooms. It is not meant for open outdoor use, where it would be exposed to direct sun and rain. Its E-0 emission rating keeps formaldehyde close to zero for safer indoor air. Flexiply is a cladding sheet, not a structural board: always fix it over a pre-built curved frame.
Key Features
- Bends Into Curves: 6 mm sheets handle tight curves down to about 10 – 15 cm radius
- Boiling Water Proof: Marine-grade bond suits curved work in indoor kitchens and bathrooms

- Smooth Curved Finish: Ideal base for laminate, veneer or paint on curved surfaces

Recommendations & Ideal Use-Cases
Where this fits best
- Reception & Bar Counters: Curved and wavy counter fronts in offices, hotels and retail
- Column Wraps: Cladding round columns and pillars
- Kitchens & Bathrooms: Curved ends on kitchen islands and modular counters, rounded vanity drawers and under-sink design elements
- Rounded Furniture Ends: Curved corners on wardrobes and cabinets
- Arches & Partitions: Archways, wavy partition walls, curved bulkheads and feature ceilings, including damp areas
Thickness Selection Guide
- 6 mm: Tight curves (about 10 – 15 cm radius) such as column wraps and small rounded corners
- 12 mm: Wide curves (about 25 cm radius and above) such as reception counters, arches and large rounded ends
Usage & Maintenance Recommendations
- Build the Frame First: Always fix Flexiply over a pre-built curved frame; it is not self-supporting
- Match Thickness to Curve: Use 6 mm for tight curves and 12 mm only for wide curves
- Storage: Store sheets flat in a dry, well-ventilated area before use
- Edge Sealing: Seal cut edges with waterproof sealant or paint, especially in wet areas
- Fixing: Use waterproof adhesive and stainless steel fasteners in wet areas
1) What is Flexiply used for?
Flexiply is bendable plywood for curved surfaces. It is fixed over a curved frame to create round columns, curved counters, rounded furniture ends and arches.
2) Can I use Flexiply for shelves or cabinet boxes?
No. Flexiply has no load-bearing strength and should never be used on its own as a shelf, carcass panel or partition. Use regular BWP plywood for those, and Flexiply only to clad the curved parts.
3) How tight a curve can it bend to?
It depends on thickness. 6 mm sheets can bend to about 10 – 15 cm radius, suitable for column wraps. 12 mm sheets need wider curves of around 25 cm or more.
4) Can I use it in kitchens, bathrooms or outdoors?
Yes for indoor wet areas, but not for open outdoor use. Its BWP marine bond won't dissolve with moisture, so it is well suited to curved ends on kitchen islands and modular counters, rounded bathroom vanity drawers, under-sink design elements, and wavy partitions or arches in damp areas. It is not designed for exterior use exposed to direct sun and rain. Seal all edges and finish the surface in wet areas.
5) How do I identify genuine Greenply Club Flexiply?
Genuine sheets carry Greenply brand markings and a Greenply hologram, and come with proper documentation.
