🔧 Step-by-Step Application

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure substrate is clean, sound, and free from dust, oil, or loose materials. Dampen lightly if too dry.
2. Mixing: Add 30kg powder to 5-6 litres clean water. Mix for 3-5 minutes to smooth, lump-free consistency. Allow 5 minutes slaking time.
3. Application: Apply with 6mm x 6mm notched trowel at 3-6mm thickness. Work in sections that can be tiled within 20 minutes.
4. Tile Placement: Place tiles within 20 minutes of adhesive application. Press firmly with slight twisting motion for full bedding.
5. Back Buttering: For tiles larger than 300x300mm, apply adhesive to tile back for 100% coverage.
6. Alignment & Cleaning: Use spacers for consistent joints. Clean excess adhesive immediately with damp cloth.
7. Curing: Wait 24-36 hours before grouting. Allow 48-72 hours before heavy traffic.
