Its sharp, square Kubix Prime design mounts neatly against the tiled wall, and the matching slide-on wall flange hides the pipe outlet for a clean, seamless finish.

Made from solid brass to IS:1264-1997 and IS:319-1989, it is plated with Nickel 10.0 µm and Chrome 0.3 µm and validated to 500+ hours salt spray, so it resists tarnishing in humid bathrooms. A WRAS and ACS approved Neoperl M24x1 aerator adds air to the water for a soft, splash-free stream. Water flow and temperature are controlled by a concealed mixer valve, sold separately.

Installation Steps

1) Does this spout have a built-in diverter for the shower?

No. It is a plain bathtub fill spout, so water flows only down into the bathtub. Switching between the bathtub spout and a shower is done through the concealed mixer valve in the wall, which is sold separately. If you need a spout with its own diverter, a different model is required.

2) What do I need along with this spout?

You need a compatible Jaquar concealed in-wall mixer valve to control water flow and temperature, installed inside the wall before tiling. The wall outlet must have a 1/2" BSP female thread, as the spout has a 25 mm long 1/2" BSP male thread.

3) What does the wall flange do?

The wall flange is a decorative chrome plate that slides onto the spout and sits against the tile. It covers the hole where the supply pipe comes out of the wall, giving a clean, finished look. It measures 60 x 60 mm. Slide it onto the spout before you screw the spout into the wall outlet.

4) Why is the water stream splashing or splitting?

This is usually caused by hard-water scale or debris in the aerator. Unscrew the M24x1 aerator from the nozzle, rinse out any deposits under running water and screw it back in. In hard-water areas, clean it every few months to keep the stream smooth.

5) Will it work with an overhead water tank?

Yes. It works from a minimum of 0.5 bar, which most overhead tank setups provide. For faster, fuller bathtub filling, 2.0 – 3.0 bar is recommended. If your pressure is very low, a pressure booster pump will noticeably improve fill speed.

6) How do I keep the chrome looking new?

Clean with a soft microfibre cloth and mild, pH-neutral soapy water, then wipe dry to avoid water spots. Avoid descalers, acidic cleaners and abrasive pads, which can damage the chrome and nickel plating.
