It only causes problems when a buyer does not realise it.

3) What else do I need for a complete installation?

Three things beyond this urinal: a sensor flush valve, the water supply connection roughed into the wall at the correct position, and the waste connection and trap. All of it should be decided before first fix, because the inlet and outlet positions are built into the wall and tiled over.
