2) The gel time is only 3-7 minutes - how do I work with such a short window?

Mix only small batches - enough to fill one crack or one repair area at a time. Do not mix the full kit at once. Have the crack cleaned, the area prepared, and your applicator ready before you begin mixing - start the application as soon as the mix is uniform. In hot ambient conditions (above 25-30 degrees C), the gel time shortens further - work in even smaller batches and apply immediately after mixing. 3) How exactly do I measure the 3.8% hardener ratio?
